Two ways to rent

Shops with stock. People with stuff.

Bhadama brings both sides of renting into one place, so you can compare a professional rental with something a neighbour already owns.

How Bhadama works

Three steps. No ownership required.

Renting should take less effort than buying. Here’s the whole process.

  1. Find what you need

Search or browse by category and city. Compare a shop’s rental with one from someone nearby.

  2. Pick the item and the period

Check the price, the pricing unit and where it’s based. Decide how long you need it, from a few hours to a few months.

  3. Arrange it with the provider

Agree on pickup or delivery, the deposit and the return. Then go use the thing.

Got something to rent out? Soon

Listing will work the same way for shops and for individuals once provider sign-up opens.

  • Photograph it and describe its condition honestly.
  • Set a price per hour, day, week or event, plus your terms.
  • Reply to renters and agree on handover and return.

Become a rental provider

Your idle things have a second life.

Bhadama helps make useful things accessible, and gives the people who own them a way to reach renters who need them.

  • For rental businesses

Put your whole inventory in front of people searching for exactly what you stock.

    • Showcase inventory by category
    • Set prices per hour, day, week or event
    • Reach renters beyond walk-ins
  • For individuals

The camera you use twice a year or the tent from last season’s trek can work for someone else.

    • List the things you rarely use
    • Choose your own price and terms
    • Meet renters near you

Renting with confidence

Good rentals run on clear expectations.

Some details belong on the listing. Others are worth agreeing on, in writing, before anything changes hands.

Shown on each listing card in this preview.

  • Price and pricing unit

  • Where it’s based

The area and city, so you know how far you’re going.

  • Who’s renting it out

Whether it’s a rental business or an individual owner.

  • What it is

Category, title and a photo of the item.

Agree before you rent

Recommended practice between renter and provider.

  • Deposit

How much, how it’s paid and when it comes back.

  • Damage and condition

Photograph the item together at handover.

  • Pickup or delivery

Who brings it where, and at what time.

  • Return and late terms

The exact return time and what happens if it slips.

The next thing you need is probably already out there, in a shop or a home nearby. Rent it for the time you need it, then hand it back.
